General Description of Duties (Fairbanks locality is a requirement.)
- Coordinate and oversee construction projects at Mount Lulu Base Camp.
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Communicate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare and submit project status reports to Board of Directors.
- Ensure project safety and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related materials.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure project success.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience as a construction project coordinator or similar role.
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
- Ability to plan and see the "big picture".
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Experience in project management software.
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
Note: This is a part-time, intermittent volunteer position. Reimbursement for expenses incurred while performing duties as listed above may be approved on a case-by-case basis by the Board of Directors.
